Eligibility for Return
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, and resalable condition.
- Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or invoice) is required.
🛑 We do not accept returns for:
- Used or damaged products not due to our error
- Customised or modified items
- Gift cards or promotional items
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at support@laxzo.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our support team will guide you through the return process and provide the return address.
- Pack the item securely and send it via a trackable service.
🚚 Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, size, or variation, please return the item and place a new order.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, faulty, or wrong item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include clear photos of the product and packaging.
- We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund including return shipping, depending on the situation.
