Eligibility for Return

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and resalable condition.
  • Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or invoice) is required.

🛑 We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or damaged products not due to our error
  • Customised or modified items
  • Gift cards or promotional items

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at support@laxzo.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our support team will guide you through the return process and provide the return address.
  3. Pack the item securely and send it via a trackable service.

🚚 Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, size, or variation, please return the item and place a new order.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, faulty, or wrong item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Include clear photos of the product and packaging.
  • We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund including return shipping, depending on the situation.
