Order Processing Time

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday).
  • Orders placed after 2 PM or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next working day.
  • Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details (if applicable).

Delivery Issues

Missed Deliveries & Reattempts

If you’re not available at the time of delivery:

  • The courier may leave a missed delivery card or attempt redelivery.
  • In some cases, you may need to collect your parcel from the local depot or arrange re-delivery online.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing the order.
We are not responsible for lost parcels due to incorrect addresses entered by the customer.

Pre-Order & Backorder Items

If a product is listed as pre-order or out of stock, the estimated dispatch date will be mentioned on the product page.
Orders containing such items will be shipped once all items are available.
